Farghio Expense Tracker is a personal and family expense-tracking app at expense-tracker.nufadigital.my.id. This policy explains how this app handles your information.
Information the app handles
- Account information: your name, email address, profile picture when provided, account identifiers and family membership. Passwords used for email sign-in are stored as hashes.
- Google sign-in information: when you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic account information such as your name, email address, profile picture and an identifier used to authenticate your account.
- Expense records: amounts, dates, descriptions, categories, payment methods, budgets and other details you enter into your personal or shared family ledger.
- Technical information: hosting and authentication services process request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and diagnostic events, to deliver and operate the app.
Enter only information you want to keep in your ledger. Expense descriptions are free-text fields, so avoid including passwords, full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How information is used
The app uses account information to authenticate you, maintain your profile and give you access to your records. Expense and budget information is used to display your ledger, calculate reports and provide the family-sharing features you choose to use. Technical information supports service delivery, troubleshooting and protection against unauthorized access.
Google account information is used for sign-in, account identification and profile display. The app does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Your Google password is handled by Google and is not provided to this app.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising, profiling for advertising, or training AI models. Its use is limited to the app features described in this policy.
Family sharing and service providers
If you join a family, other family members can access information made available through the family views, including member profile details and shared expense, category and budget records. Consider who belongs to a family before placing information in its shared ledger. Shared records can remain available to that family after a member leaves.
Service providers include Cloudflare for web delivery and hosting, and Google for Google sign-in and Firebase services. These providers process information needed to authenticate users, store application data and operate the service. The app operator may access information when needed for support, security, maintenance or a privacy request.
Those providers also have their own privacy notices:
Browser storage
The app uses browser storage to maintain sign-in state, remember preferences and cache resources for its progressive web app features. Authentication providers may also use browser storage as part of signing you in.
You can sign out and clear this site's data using your browser settings. Clearing browser data does not delete records stored by the service. On a shared device, sign out when you finish using the app.
Retention and protection
Account and ledger information is retained to provide your account, expense history and shared family features. Technical records and backups may be retained for operation, security and recovery. Removing a live record may not immediately remove a copy retained in a backup.
The app uses authentication and access controls to restrict access to account and ledger information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can use the app's available controls to update your profile and manage your expense records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, contact the app operator using the address below. You may be asked to verify ownership of the account before a request is processed. Do not send your password or Google sign-in tokens by email.
Shared family records may involve other members, so a request affecting those records will be reviewed with that shared context in mind. Leaving a family, signing out or removing a Google connection does not itself submit an account-deletion request.
You can review or remove the app's Google connection in your Google Account connections. Removing that connection stops future authorized access through it; it does not automatically erase information already stored by this app.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated when the app's information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Any new use of Google user data will be disclosed before that use begins, with additional consent requested when required.
